Fortunate Events Out of an Unfortunate Situation

The beginning of something new!!!!! We have all heard this saying before and we have often probably hoped it was the beginning of something new. This site to me is the beginning of something beautiful.
Life behind walls is nothing nice for anyone. There are some that think that a person should be thrown in prison for and as punishment. Some believe in one or the other and some believe in both. However the truth is this; there are some that will lean their lesson without chastisment. There are some that will not get it because they are not given proper avenues to acheive things they couldnt on the outside. Unfortunately there are some that will never get it....
This site is for the ones that will get it and is meant to advocate for those individuals. There are ways which the system itself can make society a much better place. However I do not feel that this is taken full advantage of because of the crime rate and building of more prisons. This, in turn, is taking away from them being able to have things such as progams. Not just work programs but programs to help the inmates. Progams that help them communicate better. These are progams that not only do that but they will keep the population ffrom growing as there are a lot of people that revolve in and out of prison...
AND THE CURRENT STATE
Life is about many things. We live and either choose to learn from our mistakes or we keep doing the things that got us to the point we are in.... Over the last coule of months I have read a lot of things that would lead one to believe that the current state of prisons and incarceration are leading people to reevaluate the mass incarceration....
I have also read some things that would have a person looking at jobs after incarceration differently too. However from my end that is still a problem....
Apparently this has taken a little longer than I expected. But I ask kthat people continue to check in and see the issues that I address especially if you have aloved one that is locked up you have been locked up.
Today I am posting a video that I just did talking about jobs an ex-felons. In it I ask the question what would you do to get a job? A legit job.... I did something today and woul like to see the responses that people give. The question is mainly for ex-felons, but anyone can answe as I feel that we can lean from each other.
This is something that is vey important and as I will always say an integral part of society.... SO I am hoping to get some good comments and get a dialogue started on this....

What Now?????
The site is up.. People may have viewed it and they may have not. So what do I plan on doing now?????
I have had conversations with some people that have looked at the site. I will be making videos and posting them to the site as I do addessing these conversations. I want you to see the emotion and passion that I have for this as much as I want you to see this site and if you want I will be making a way for those that want to contribute to this site.
I will be adding a section to the site that will allow those that have been incarcerated to actually give their experiences of having been in the system and what they got out of the experience as far as the education, jobs, and programs.... There will also be room for those that have had loved ones incarcerated to talk about their experiences. And I mainly look to get volunteers tht help run the programs to weigh in on that side of the issue and what you think about it.... Look for this real soon.
